Vera Lynn ran KKR Operations for Asia Pacific, covering seven offices. Prior to that, she was the Asia Pacific Business Manager/ Chief Administrative Officer for Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research based in Hong Kong. Vera started with JPMorgan New York Financial Control and has also worked in the firm's Hong Kong and Singapore office.
 

Vera has built great aptitude for financial controls and expense management, thus efficiency has become one of her critical measures in her project management and business financial analysis.  She also has extensive experiences in real estate management, from new office setup and move to workplace solutions design and budgeting.

Talent recruitment and coaching is another area Vera feels strongly in. She has developed customized coaching sessions for C-level executive assistants and for investment research analysts, and has led many recruiting efforts for specific business needs.

COO Centre is designed to partner with owners and takes the lead in tackling the pain points on everyday operations of the business, from small projects to long term strategic plans. 
 

Vera is currently a Business Coach at Halogen Foundation, Singapore.  She was a mentor with the Hong Kong Women’s Foundation Mentoring program from 2013 to 2017; and was part of the Women’s Entrepreneur Network from 2018 to 2020.
